Who is Diane Baggett?

I'm easy going and love to help folks find their new vacation or full time home. If it's land you're looking for, I am very experienced in that as well and will make sure we find your perfect match. Whether you want the mountains or lake or both, I'll help you find it. I'll be there for you from start (just looking) to finish (long after the closing).

I am a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. This degree represents extensive schooling that gives me the tools and knowledge to help you with your purchase. This includes making an offer, negotiations with your offer, inspections, coordinating with lender, attorney, listing agent/seller and anyone else involved. I want to enure that your closing will be as smooth as possible. My clients will tell you that my service does not stop at the closing table....I'm there for you. I want to be your Realtor for life!

Most of my clients come from Florida so I feel like I'm here to help folks from that area escape to the mountains as I have. Many of my clients start out by looking for a second home only to decide, after spending time in the mountains, that they want to stay full time. With that in mind, we look for part-time homes that would handle full time living as well.

I also sell a great deal of land as many folks want to build their dream home here. I am experienced in what you need to consider when looking for lots. Water source, septic, survey and access are just a few areas that need to be addressed and I can help you with those and so much more.
